· "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
· "Orders" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
· "Service" refers to the Website.

· "You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3 / Shipment confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Depending on your location the order will be shipped via DHL or UPS.
In case no update is seen on the tracking after 48 hours, please contact our team so we can start an investigation at the shipping company.
4 / Customs duties, tarrifs and taxes
MOBII-X is not responsible for any additional customs duties, tarrifs and taxes added to the delivery of the parcel. Our company works via IOSS, to ensure no additional payments are required but in some cases governments may require additional payments to be made for the importing of the parcel.
5 / Damage or loss of the parcel
All orders containing electronics are send via insured shipping methods. In case of damage or loss, contact our sales team for follow up steps. Our team will require several parts of evidence for damage to parcels, including pictures of the contents and the external outlook of the parcel (also clearly showing the shipping label).
In case the delivery is made via DHL, we'll require a damage or loss report which can be acquired via a local DHL parcel station or DHL parcel partner depending on your location. This also includes theft of the contents of the parcel. Please note that damage and theft have to be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel (as per DHL policy). Once the claim is filed with DHL our team will opt for replacement or refund depending on availability of stock and preference of the customer.
6 / Processing time and shipment time
Orders placed before 12:00 will often be shipped out the same working day. Please note that during times of high order traffic, such as holidays and vacation periods, the processing time may take up to 3 working days.
For shipping information we refer you to the shipping tables above for more information. Please note these are based on average numbers provided by our shipping partners and depending on the traffic amount the parcel might get delayed. Always check the tracking for up-to-date information. In case a parcel has no movement in 3 working days, please contact our team for assistance.
Our team is monitoring departed parcels almost daily due to the possibility of theft during transit. In case we see any irregularities, our team will contact you at our earliest convenience.
